ANNOUNCEMENTS....

The Taize service has been postponed again until Sunday March 28th. The preacher's voice was not strong enough to lead the service.  Those who attended the first Taize service were very enthusiastic about it. Come join us.

LUNCH!  - On Sunday March 21st we will have a covered dish lunch in the fellowship hall after the 11:00 service.  Sue Rice and Rose Rodriquez will share pictures and stories from their trip.  All are invited.  We thank our missionaries Sue Rice and Rose Rodriquez for their willingness to serve.

EASTER FLOWERS - You have the opportunity to order a Pink Hydrangea or Easter Lily to help beautify our sanctuary on Easter morning.  Pick up a form in the vestibule.  The deadline for orders is March 21.  Contact Elder Mary Smith (245-7898) if you have questions.

Our Tuesday night Bible Study, which meets 7:30 PM at the home of David and Dianne Mead continues a study this week on “The Life of Jesus for Today.”  This week we study the chapter “The world at the time of Jesus.”  We’d love to have you join us and share with us how you understand Jesus in your life so that we might learn from one another. The Mead’s address is 1001 Line Road Call 245-7811 for directions.

Our Thursday night Bible Study at 7:30 PM will continue its study on “Jesus’ Parables for Today.”  Folks can still join us as each parable is unique. This week we shall study the parables of the two sons, the Talents and the Unforgiving Servant.  We meet at the home of Jim and Ann Meyers. They live in Woodlake at 637 Cottonwood Court. The guard at the gate has been instructed to let all Bible Study members in. For directions, call 245-3574.

We thank all those who worked so hard on the 2010 Cypress House Golf Tournament.

Men's Breakfast is next Sunday at 8 AM in the fellowship hall.

Our next Session meeting is Sunday, March 14 at 7 PM in the fellowship hall.

TAXES! - The 2009 Statement of Giving reports are available in the vestibule.  Please pick them up.

Haiti - We thank God that the PC(USA) mission personnel and mission groups in Haiti at the time of the earthquake are safe and accounted for.
